Ingredients
White thick sliced bloomer | 1200g |
Grated mozzarella and mild cheddar mix | 500g |
Salted butter | 250g |
Sliced salami | 400g |
Chilli jam | 200g |
Macaroni cheese | 2 |
Curly parsley | 30g |
White garlic string | 50g |
Nduja Sausage | 400g |
Method
- Mince the garlic, chop the parsley. Put both in a food processor with the butter and Nduja, blitz.
- Spread the chilli jam onto the inside of one slice of bread, top with macaroni, top with cheese, top with salami, spread the nduja butter on the inside of the remaining slice of bread. Put the bread slices together to make the sandwich, brush both slices with olive oil.
- Put on a hot solid top or frying pan, put a piece of silicon on the sandwich then place a heavy weight on top, grill till crispy then flip over and grill the other side, serve.
