Ingredients
Corn tortilla chips pre-cut for frying | 50g |
Popcorn chicken | 40g |
Everyday Favourites grated mild white Cheddar | 30g |
Nacho cheese sauce | 30g |
Guacamole | 30g |
Salsa | 30g |
Soured cream | 30g |
Micro coriander | 2g |
Method
- Deep fry the tortilla chips and season, deep fry the chicken.
- Place the tortilla chips in a dish and top with cheese and place in the oven to warm.
- Top with the nachos sauce, popcorn chicken, guacamole, salsa, sour cream and micro coriander.
