Ingredients
Celery | 10g |
Mayonnaise | 15ml |
Coconut piri piri paste | 15g |
Gourmet Selection ridge fries | 150g |
Chicken popcorn | 60g |
Everyday Favourites grated mild white Cheddar | 20g |
Micro coriander | 2g |
Method
- Dice the celery and mix the piri piri with the mayonnaise
- Deep fry the ridges and the chicken, put the chips in a serving dish and top with the Cheddar and place in the oven and heat.
- Add the chopped celery, chicken and the piri piri mayo. Finish with micro herbs.
