Loaded chicken ridge fries

Ingredients

Celery 10g
Mayonnaise 15ml
Coconut piri piri paste 15g
Gourmet Selection ridge fries 150g
Chicken popcorn 60g
Everyday Favourites grated mild white Cheddar 20g
Micro coriander 2g

Method

  1. Dice the celery and mix the piri piri with the mayonnaise
  2. Deep fry the ridges and the chicken, put the chips in a serving dish and top with the Cheddar and place in the oven and heat.
  3. Add the chopped celery, chicken and the piri piri mayo. Finish with micro herbs.
