Ingredients
Gustoso vegetarian hard cheese shavings | 6g |
Rockport pasteurised white crab meat | 40g |
Green basil | 1g |
Garlic | 5g |
Baby capers | 15g |
Et al pitted Kalamata olives | 30g |
Everyday Favourites crushed chillies | 0.5g |
Gustoso linguine pasta | 85g |
Gustoso multi use tomato base | 180g |
La Espanola pure olive oil | 15ml |
Method
- Cook the linguine as per cooking instructions on packet.
- Heat a large frying pan and add the oil then slice the garlic and fry on a low to medium heat to release the flavour.
- Add the Gustoso sauce, capers, sliced olives and crushed chilli and allow to infuse together.
- Then add the cooked linguine and a little of the cooking water.
- Add the crab and gently fold through.
- Season to taste and plate.
- Top with fresh basil and cheese shavings.
