Ingredients
Everyday Favourites extended life vegetable oil - polybottle | 50ml |
Chef william ground cumin | 2g |
Chef william ground coriander | 2g |
Farmstead chuck steak hand diced | 600g |
Chick Peas in Water | 200g |
Red Onion | 150g |
Chef william hot chilli powder | 1g |
Chef William Garlic Purée | 30g |
Everyday Favourites Chopped Tomatoes | 450g |
Everyday Favourites beef bouillon mix | 600ml |
Butternut squash | 400g |
Everyday Favourites sweetcorn | 150g |
Mixed peppers | 200g |
Tomato purée | 40g |
Everyday Favourites mango chutney | 150g |
Method
- Add the oil to a pan and heat gently then add the spices and cook until they are toasted
- Then add the beef and cook for a few minutes until brown and coated in spices then fold in the chick peas
- Then add the onion, chili, garlic puree and cook for a further two minutes
- Then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock and cook for 1hr 20 minutes then add the chopped butternut squash, sweetcorn and chopped peppers and cook until butternut squash is tender and sauce is thickened.
