Lamb Weston CrissCuts | 3 (per person) |
Vanilla ice cream | a small ball |
Large marshmallows, cut in half across their middle | 2 |
Cranberry syrup | a drizzle |

- Combine pistachio nuts together with a little rosemary salt and sprinkle across a serving plate.
- Cook CrissCuts according to instructions and arrange on the plate.
- Place a small ball of ice cream on to each CrissCut, drizzle with the cranberry syrup and top with a half of marshmallow. Toast lightly with a blow torch just before serving.
