Ingredients
Lamb Weston Stealth® Skin-On Fries | 300g |
Salt & pepper to season | |
Ranch dressing | |
Grated Edam cheese (or a cheese mix) | 100g |
150g Lean bacon, cut into small batons |
Method
- Cook Stealth Skin-on Fries according to instructions (stated below) then place into a serving dish. Season with salt & pepper while warm and drizzle with ranch dressing
- Completely cover the fries with the grated cheese and set aside
- Fry the bacon until crisp and scatter over the cheese-topped fries. Place under a grill for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, then serve
