Comelle is celebrating 70 years of bringing happiness with our new best ever recipe! Join the celebrations with this delicious honeycomb sundae, using Comelle soft serve ice cream and Lakeland Dairies Aerosol Cream.

Ingredients

Chocolate sauce 20g
Honeycomb pieces 20g
Comelle soft serve ice cream 150g
Lakeland Dairies Aerosol Dairy Cream 18g
Florentine fan wafer 1
Chocolate flake 1

Method

  1. Drizzle the chocolate sauce into a sundae glass and add a few honeycomb pieces.
  2. Swirl in the Comelle soft serve ice cream
  3. Pour a little chocolate sauce over the ice cream and add some more honeycomb pieces
  4. Repeat in layers until the sundae glass is almost full. Remember – the more layers, the more impressive the finished sundae will look!
  5. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce and some more honeycomb pieces.
  6. Optional: add a chocolate flake and fan wafer
