Ingredients
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 150ml |
Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 100ml |
Coleslaw mix | 200g |
Kimchi, sliced | 200g |
Farmstead bistro burger | 10 |
Everyday Favourites mature white cheddar slices | 10 |
Skewered prawns | 10 |
Everyday Favourites seeded burger buns | 10 |
Barbecue sauce | 150ml |
Method
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha and set to one side
- Mix the slaw together with kimchi and set to one side
- Cook the burger and top with the cheese
- Cook the prawn skewers as per pack instructions
- Toast the bun and layer up all ingredients
