Korean bulgogi wings

Ingredients

Chicken wings 2kg
Korean bulgogi 500g
Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 30g
Whole black sesame seeds 30g
Sriracha hot chilli sauce 30ml

Method

  1. Deep fry the wings in oil
  2. Toss into the bulgogi and half the sesame seeds
  3. Finish with a drizzle of sriracha and the remaining sesame seeds
