Ingredients
Mango | 250g |
Pineapple pieces in juice | 250g |
Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey | 75g |
Tap water | 100 ml |
Everyday Favourites crushed chillies | 1/2 Tsp |
Arctic Royal king prawn raw peeled & deveined (16-20) | 40 |
Method
- Dice mango into chunks and place into a saucepan along with the pineapple pieces.
- Add the honey, water and chilli flakes to the pan and place onto heat. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes until the fruit is soft. Place in a fridge and chill.
- Place 4 king prawns on a skewer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Place 40g of the salsa on a plate and place the king prawns on top.
