Ingredients
Chick peas in water | 1.5kg |
Yutaka 100% natural traditional Korean Kimchi | 430g |
Extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil | 80ml |
Chopped garlic in oil | 5g |
Casa de Mare sea salt | 2.2g |
Tahini paste | 200g |
Everyday Favourites ground white pepper | 0.2g |
Casa de Mare lemon juice squeezy | 30ml |
Method
- Use 200g of drained chick peas, 20ml oil and 100g of kimchi and mix together. Leave covered in a mixing bowl for later.
- Combine the remainder of the ingredients in a food blender and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into pots of your choice.
- Top with equal amounts of the chick pea mix and serve with crackers or bread of your choice.
