Deli delicious brioche bun 1
Tomato country relish
Fresh spinach
Big Al’s Brunch Burger 1
Everyday Favourites free range egg 1
Everyday Favourites Cheddar cheese

  1. Heat hot plate to 200°C.
  2. Toast up the brioche bun.
  3. Spread some country relish on your toasted brioche bun.
  4. Dress the toasted brioche bun with spinach.
  5. Place the brunch seasoned pork burger on a hot plate and cook for 2 minutes before flipping onto the other side. The total cook time for the burger is 3.5 mins. Ensure the burger is 75°C
  6. Fry the egg.
  7. Melt the cheese on top of the burger.
  8. Place your fried egg over the melted cheese.
  9. Add some relish to the other half of the bun and gently close your burger, and Bon Appetite! The brunch burger is ready to make you feel born again!
