Ingredients
Beetroot mixed bunches | 500g |
Flora Original sunflower spread | 400g |
Everyday Favourites squeezy clear blossom honey | 200ml |
Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs | 6 |
Everyday Favourites plain flour | 400g |
Callebaut dark chocolate | 600g |
Everyday Favourites cocoa powder | 100g |
Method
- Dice the cooked beetroot into small dice.
- Cream the sunflower spread and honey.
- Add the eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
- Add the diced dark chocolate and flour.
- Bake in the oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
