Ingredients

Hendrink’s Gin 60ml
Gomo Sicilian lemon juice 30ml
Sugar syrup 15ml
Everyday Favourites strawberry jam 1 tablespoon
Crushed ice

Method

  1. Add the Hendrick’s, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and jam to a mixing glass
  2. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  3. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail
