Jammie Dodger ice cream

    Ingredients

    Bird’s ice cream mix 200g
    Cold water 400ml
    Strawberry jam 200g
    Raspberry coulis 50ml
    Mini Jammie Dodgers 10 packs
    Extra biscuits to garnish Optional

    Method

    1. Mix the Bird’s ice cream mix with the water and whisk for five minutes until correct consistency.
    2. Add the strawberry jam, coulis, and crushed mini Jammie Dodgers and mix for a further two minutes.
    3. Freeze in suitable containers.
