Ingredients
Rendang bites | 960g |
Coconut milk | 200ml |
Everyday Favourites sweet chilli sauce | 100ml |
Toasted sesame oil | 50ml |
Smooth peanut butter | 100g |
Soy sauce | 50ml |
Fresh lime juice | 50ml |
Method
- Deep fry the rendang bites.
- Put the remainder ingredients in a food processor and blitz add a little water to thin if needed.
