Ingredients
Prep Premium CurryHouse oil | 20ml |
Tandoori spiced lamb | 200g |
Cherry tomatoes | 8 |
Green chillis, sliced | 4 |
Everyday Favourites Basmati rice | 100g |
Everyday Favourites ground turmeric | 5g |
Aloo Gobi: | |
Potatoes, boiled and diced | 20g |
Cauliflower, boiled and diced | 10g |
Tomato passata | 100ml |
Onions, sliced | 10g |
Everyday Favourites garam masala | 5g |
Method
- Intersperse the lamb, tomato and chilli on a kebab stick.
- Brush the meat with Prep Premium CurryHouse oil and grill for 10-12 minutes.
- Add turmeric to rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until fluffy.
- In a saucepan fry off the onions then add the passata, potatoes, cauliflower, onions and garam masala and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the kebabs.
