Ice cream waffle tower

Ingredients

Waffle batter mix 100ml
Yarde Farm premium dairy clotted cream vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Everyday Favourites aeresol cream to serve
Dr. Oetker sugar strands to serve
DaVinci gourmet butterscotch sauce to serve

Method

  1. Pour the waffle mix into the waffle machine, remove once golden.
  2. Cut the waffle into four quarters.
  3. Stack the waffle quarters, sqirting the aeresol cream in between each layer.
  4. Top the waffle tower with a scoop of ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar strands and cover with a generous amount of butterscotch sauce.
