Parma ham slices | 4 |
Thick brown seeded loaf slices | 8 |
Heinz seriously good mayonnaise | 120g |
Crispy onions from a tub | 30g |
Large radicchio leaves, shredded or 20g rocket leaves | 8 |
Leftover Farmstead turkey, sliced | 250g |
Brie, sliced | 120g |
Tomatoes, sliced | 4 |
Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce | 4 tbsps |

- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the parma ham on both sides until crispy. Remove and keep warm.
- Spread each slice of bread with Heinz seriously good mayonnaise. Divide the onions, radicchio or rocket, turkey, crispy ham, brie, tomato and cranberry sauce between four of the slices and top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches, and serve.
