Ingredients
Finger biscuits | 200g |
Lime jelly crystals | 200g |
Water | 534ml |
Method
- Place the jelly crystals in a bowl and then add 237ml of water. Stir together allowing the crystals to dissolve fully.
- Then add the remaining water to the warm mix and stir lightly.
- Place the jelly into your serving dishes and then lay the sponge fingers across the top of the jelly. Allow the dish to set (preferably overnight).
