Ingredients
Gourmet Selection triple cooked coated chunky chips | 200g |
Beef chilli con carne | 60g |
Everyday Favourites grated mature white Cheddar | 40g |
Sriracha hot chilli sauce | 10ml |
Method
- Deep fry the chips until golden and crisp
- Warm through the chilli in a pan
- Arrange your chunky chips into your chosen bonfire shape – do you prefer a jenga stack or a classic cone?
- Scatter with the cheese and grill to get it all melted and golden
- Drizzle your bonfire fries with sriracha to add the gunpowder heat
