Vegetable stock | 100ml |
Chilli pepper diced | 1/2 tsp |
Thyme | 1 tbsp |
Oregano | 1 tsp |
Crushed dried chilli | 1 tsp |
Greenyard boiled rice (frozen) | 600g |
Black beans | 400g |
Everyday Favourites salt | |
Everyday Favourites pepper |
Method

- Bring the coconut milk, vegetable broth and spices to a boil.
- When boiling add the rice
- When hot, add the black beans and heat through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
