Ingredients
Green Valley frozen salad | 1.25kg |
Avocado halves, frozen | 2 |
Vegan feta | 300g |
Everyday Favourites pea & mint falafel | 20 |
Courgette | 200g |
Seed mix | 25g |
Pea shoots | 50 |
Method
- Defrost the salad and avocado as per instructions
- Crumble the Greek style feta and set to one side.
- Cook the falafel as per instructions.
- Slice and grill courgettes.
- Assemble the salad and top with chunks of avocado, falafel, courgette, seeds, cheese and peas shoots.
