Ingredients
Chestnuts | 1kg |
Cook Asia sweet chilli cooking sauce | 200ml |
Soy sauce | 30ml |
Everyday Favourites sesame seeds | 10g |
Whole black sesame seeds | 10g |
Everyday Favourites clear blossom honey | 40g |
Method
- Defrost the chestnuts and pan fry with a little water for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauces, sesame seeds and honey and cook until glazed
- Serve as bar snacks or alternative garnish for duck or beef
