Glazed sticky chestnuts with sweet chilli and sesame

    Ingredients

    Chestnuts 1kg
    Cook Asia sweet chilli cooking sauce 200ml
    Soy sauce 30ml
    Everyday Favourites sesame seeds 10g
    Whole black sesame seeds 10g
    Everyday Favourites clear blossom honey 40g

    Method

    1. Defrost the chestnuts and pan fry with a little water for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauces, sesame seeds and honey and cook until glazed
    2. Serve as bar snacks or alternative garnish for duck or beef
