Ginger, garlic and chilli tofu Buddha bowl

Aromatic and vibrant vegan Buddha bowl that packs a punch!

Ingredients

Salad 800g
Coleslaw 800g
Lemon 1
Orange 1
Coriander 30g
Tofu 800g
Sesame seeds 2.5g
Black sesame seeds 2.5g
Ginger garlic and chilli sauce 100ml
Sriracha hot chilli sauce 25ml
Crispy fried onions 50g

Method

  1. Make sure the salad is fully defrosted
  2. Into a bowl, place the slaw mix, use the juice of the lemon and orange and mix well
  3. Finely slice the coriander, mix well and set aside
  4. Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside
  5. Mix the white and black sesame seeds together and set aside
  6. To make up the Buddha bowl, place the salad into the middle of the bowl, and around it place the slaw and tofu; drizzle the ginger, garlic and chili sauce over the tofu and then the sriracha sauce.
  7. Finally, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and crispy onions
