Ginger beer ice cream

    Ingredients

    Bird’s ice cream mix 200g
    Dark ginger beer drink 400ml
    Stem ginger 3 pieces

    Method

    1. Add the ginger drink to the Bird’s ice cream mix.
    2. Mix together for five minutes on a high speed.
    3. Dice the stem ginger finely and fold in to the mixture.
    4. Pour your ice cream mix in a suitable container and freeze it for a minimum three hours until completely frozen.
