Ingredients
Giant couscous with spiced dressing | 2kg |
Lamb kibbeh | 10 |
Middle Eastern hot sauce | 200ml |
Method
- Reheat the couscous as per the instructions
- Fry the lamb kibbeh until cooked
- Serve the couscous with the kibbeh and drizzle over the Middle Eastern hot sauce
- Serve with a butternut squash salad and flat bread
