Ingredients
Cooking and baking spread | 60g |
Potatoes | 1200g |
Cracked black peppercorn | 5g |
Onions | 200g |
Pork chipolatas | 20pcs |
Bistos gravy granules | 20g |
Water | 220ml |
Method
- Peel and dice the potatoes. Place in a pan of water and cook until tender.
- Whilst the potatoes are cooking, place the sausages in the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned.
- Slice the onions and dry fry in a saucepan until tender, then add 220ml of water.
- Bring the water and the onions to the boil, then add the gravy
