Large onion, peeled and sliced | 1 |
Mixed peppers, deseeded and sliced | 3 |
Fajita spice mix seasoning | 2 tbsp |
Iceberg lettuce, shredded | |
Vegan cheese (optional) | 200g |
Everyday Favourites wholemeal wheat flour tortilla | 10 |
Method

- Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the frozen Fry’s Chicken-Style Strips or Perfect Chicken Chunk and stir fry for 5 minutes, then add the onion and peppers stirring continuously for a further 3 minutes.
- Add the seasoning, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the iceberg lettuce (and cheese) ready for service.
