Fry’s Vegetarian chick’n fajita

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Fry’s Chicken-Style Strips or Perfect Chicken Chunk 380g
Large onion, peeled and sliced 1
Mixed peppers, deseeded and sliced 3
Fajita spice mix seasoning 2 tbsp
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Vegan cheese (optional) 200g
Everyday Favourites wholemeal wheat flour tortilla 10

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the frozen Fry’s Chicken-Style Strips or Perfect Chicken Chunk and stir fry for 5 minutes, then add the onion and peppers stirring continuously for a further 3 minutes.
  2. Add the seasoning, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the iceberg lettuce (and cheese) ready for service.
