Folded breakfast naan

Ingredients

Vegetable pakoras 20
Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon 100g
Naan flatbread 10
Yogurt and mint dressing 200ml
Everyday Favourites large fresh eggs 10
Mango chutney 100g
Tamarind sauce 50g
Coriander 35g

Method

  1. Cook pakoras and glaze the bacon and cook.
  2. Warm the naan and spread with mint dressing.
  3. Fry the egg and keep warm.
  4. Fill with the remaining ingredients and finish with fresh coriander.
