Ingredients
Vegetable pakoras | 20 |
Farmstead smoked rindless streaky bacon | 100g |
Naan flatbread | 10 |
Yogurt and mint dressing | 200ml |
Everyday Favourites large fresh eggs | 10 |
Mango chutney | 100g |
Tamarind sauce | 50g |
Coriander | 35g |
Method
- Cook pakoras and glaze the bacon and cook.
- Warm the naan and spread with mint dressing.
- Fry the egg and keep warm.
- Fill with the remaining ingredients and finish with fresh coriander.
