Ingredients
Turkey breast | 800g |
Everyday Favourites unsalted butter | 50g |
Thyme | 10g |
Pigs in blankets, cooked | 30 |
Everyday Favourites sage & onion stuffing mix | 100g |
Everyday Favourites button Brussels sprouts | 150g |
Red cabbage | ½ |
Red onion | 150g |
Red pepper | 1 |
Carrots | 150g |
Everyday Favourites light mayonnaise | 200ml |
Juice from lemon | ½ |
Panini | 10 |
Everyday Favourites cranberry sauce | 100g |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Roast your turkey with butter and thyme – or even better use up any leftovers you have.
- Roast the pigs in blankets until crispy and slice down the middle lengthways
- Combine the stuffing mix with 100ml hot water in a bowl, mix well, and allow to cool before rolling into stuffing balls
- For the slaw, defrost your sprouts overnight (or use fresh) and finely slice, along with the red cabbage, red onion and red pepper
- Grate your carrot and combine in a bowl with the other sliced vegetables, then add the mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly
- Slice your panini and load it with the sliced turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing and plenty of cranberry sauce
