Ingredients
Everyday Favourites 15cm(6’’) wheat flour tortilla | 10 |
Zorba delicacies Houmous | 200g |
Daloon Falafel | 450g |
Rowan Glen Greek style natural yogurt | 100ml |
Iceberg lettuce | 250g |
Tomato | 100g |
Everyday Favourites mature white cheddar cheese | 200g |
Method
- Lay out the tortillas.
- Heat the falafel in the oven then spread the tortilla with houmous.
- Drizzle the yoghurt on top of that then slice and add the tomato.
- Finely shred the lettuce and place on top of tortilla and add the warmed falafel.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of the falafel.
- Roll tightly together then slice and serve.
