Easter sundae

Ingredients

Mini eggs, crushed 40g
Vanilla ice cream scoop 1
Strawberry ice cream scoop 1
Chocolate ice cream scoop 1
Chocolate dessert sauce 50g
Florentine wafers 1

Method

  1. Add crushed mini eggs at the bottom of your sundae glass.
  2. Then layer up your vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, ensuring you add chocolate sauce and more crushed mini eggs as you layer up the ice cream.
  3. Finish off with more crushed and whole mini eggs, lashings of chocolate sauce and a wafer or two.
