Ingredients
Mini eggs, crushed | 40g |
Vanilla ice cream scoop | 1 |
Strawberry ice cream scoop | 1 |
Chocolate ice cream scoop | 1 |
Chocolate dessert sauce | 50g |
Florentine wafers | 1 |
Method
- Add crushed mini eggs at the bottom of your sundae glass.
- Then layer up your vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream, ensuring you add chocolate sauce and more crushed mini eggs as you layer up the ice cream.
- Finish off with more crushed and whole mini eggs, lashings of chocolate sauce and a wafer or two.
