Easter rarebit burger

Ingredients

Farmstead bistro burger 1
Millhouse Bakery vegan brioche-style bun 1
Burger sauce 20ml
Hot mustard rarebit 60g
Lettuce 1
Plum tomatoes 40g

Method

  1. Cook the burger until the juice runs clear.
  2. Toast the brioche bun.
  3. Spread the burger sauce onto the base of the brioche roll, then top with the burger and the rarebit.
  4. Add the lettuce and tomatoes and place brioche bun on-top.
