Ingredients
Farmstead bistro burger | 1 |
Millhouse Bakery vegan brioche-style bun | 1 |
Burger sauce | 20ml |
Hot mustard rarebit | 60g |
Lettuce | 1 |
Plum tomatoes | 40g |
Method
- Cook the burger until the juice runs clear.
- Toast the brioche bun.
- Spread the burger sauce onto the base of the brioche roll, then top with the burger and the rarebit.
- Add the lettuce and tomatoes and place brioche bun on-top.
