Ingredients
Digestive biscuits | 130g |
Golden syrup | 130g |
Unsalted butter | 25g |
White chocolate | 130g |
Dark chocolate | 100g |
Cream cheese | 330g |
Cornflower | 20g |
Free range medium egg | 1 |
Whipping cream | 170ml |
Cadbury flake pieces | 100g |
Method
- Blend the biscuits down to make a crumb then melt the butter and syrup and mix with the biscuits
- Place the mixture into the base of a baking tin and press the mixture firmly down
- Melt the white chocolate and dark chocolate separately in bowls
- Blend the cheese, sugar, cornflour and the cream together, then split the mixture into two and fold through both bowls of chocolate along with the Cadburys flakes
- Pour both mixtures side by side into the tin then using a skewer swirl together
- Bake at 160° for 35 - 40 mins ensuring the core temperature reaches 75° then allow to cool and set before serving.
