Ingredients
Délifrance sandwich focaccia | 1 |
Prosciutto ham | 1 slice |
Parmesan cheese | 20g |
Rocket salad | 20g |
Ripe cherry tomatoes | 2 |
Extra virgin olive oil | 20g |
Method
- Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil onto the base of the focaccia.
- Place a handful of rocket to cover the base of the focaccia.
- Cut 2 ripe cherry tomatoes in half and place on top of the rocket.
- Season if required.
- Place a slice of prosciutto ham.
- Grate several pieces of Parmesan cheese over the prosciutto ham.
- Finish with a light drizzle of more extra virgin olive oil over the top, to taste.
