Delifrance Gran Focaccia with salmon and avocado

Ingredients

Délifrance Gran Focaccia
Ricotta cheese 15g
Avocado 50g
Smoked salmon 30g
Red radishes 10g
Rocket salad 10g

Method

  1. Bake the focaccia at 200°C for 5 min and slice open lengthwise
  2. Season the ricotta cheese with salt and pepper and spread over the bottom half
  3. Cut the avocado in thin slices and add them on top of the ricotta
  4. Arrange the salmon slices on top
  5. Cut the radish into small slices and place on top of the salmon and top with the rocket
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then close the bread and cut in half
