Dark Angel ice cream

    Ingredients

    Bird’s ice cream mix 200g
    Cold water 300ml
    Tia Maria 100ml
    Dark chocolate (grated) 250g

    Method

    1. Mix the Bird’s ice cream mix with the water and Tia Maria and whisk for five minutes until correct consistency.
    2. Add the chocolate.
    3. Freeze in suitable containers.
