Kerrymaid pizza grate | 113g |
Red peppers 70-90mm | 57g |
Everyday Favourites ground black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Everyday Favourites garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |
Chef William cayenne pepper | 1/4 tsp |
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 100g |
Everyday Favourites lamb burger | 4 |
3663 Unsmoked rindless back bacon | 4 |
Premium Selection brioche burger bun | 4 |
Monterey Jack slices | 4 slices |
Method
- Combine the Kerrymaid Grated Red, cherry peppers, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mayonnaise in a blender and chill for two hours to allow the flavours to develop.
- Place the burgers on the barbecue.
- Grill the bacon until crisp.
- Place the burgers on the bun and top with a Kerrymaid Original Slice.
- Spread a generous amount of the mayonnaise and top with the sliced bacon.
