Ingredients
Garlic | 20g |
Parsley | 5g |
Everyday Favourites mayonnaise | 250ml |
Chorizo | 400g |
Olive oil | 100ml |
Bao buns | 10 |
Method
- Crush the garlic, finely chop the parsley and add to the mayo.
- Cut the chorizo in half length ways and fry in the oil.
- Steam the bao bun.
- Fill the bao with the aioli and chorizo, make it dirty and pour the chorizo oil over the top of the bun.
