Chocolate flake rice pudding

Ingredients

Short grain rice 125g
Granulated sugar 50g
Whole milk 1000ml
Cadbury flake pieces 100g

Method

  1. Wash rice and drain well place into an oven proof dish
  2. Place the sugar and the milk in a bowl and whisk together
  3. Pour the mix over the rice and place in the oven4 Bake at 150 °c gas mark 2 for approximately 1 hour or until rice is tender and reaching core temperature of 75°c. place the rice pudding into a serving dish and sprinkle over the flake pieces just before serving
