Ingredients
Short grain rice | 125g |
Granulated sugar | 50g |
Whole milk | 1000ml |
Cadbury flake pieces | 100g |
Method
- Wash rice and drain well place into an oven proof dish
- Place the sugar and the milk in a bowl and whisk together
- Pour the mix over the rice and place in the oven4 Bake at 150 °c gas mark 2 for approximately 1 hour or until rice is tender and reaching core temperature of 75°c. place the rice pudding into a serving dish and sprinkle over the flake pieces just before serving
