Chocolate crunchie crunch

Ingredients

Plain flour 180g
Caster drum sugar 180g
Reduce fat cocoa powder 50g
Cadbury crunchie bits 100g
Soft spread 90g

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°c, grease and line a square tin with grease proof paper
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa and crunchie bits in a bowl
  3. Melt the spread and then mix with the other ingredients until it becomes crumbly
  4. Pour the mixture into the tin then press down ensuring it fills the corners
