Ingredients
Plain flour | 180g |
Caster drum sugar | 180g |
Reduce fat cocoa powder | 50g |
Cadbury crunchie bits | 100g |
Soft spread | 90g |
Method
- Pre heat the oven to 180°c, grease and line a square tin with grease proof paper
- Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa and crunchie bits in a bowl
- Melt the spread and then mix with the other ingredients until it becomes crumbly
- Pour the mixture into the tin then press down ensuring it fills the corners
