Ingredients
Salted butter | 450g |
Caster sugar | 1800g |
Dark chocolate | 560g |
Cocoa powder | 220g |
Plain flour | 450g |
Free range medium egg | 20 |
Cadbury flake pieces | 100g |
Method
- Melt the sugar and butter together, then add the flour, eggs and cocoa powder gradually a bit by bit
- Melt the chocolate and mix in with the sugar
- Pour into a deep tray and sprinkle over the flake bits and bake on 170 degrees for 30-40 mins
