Chocolate and flake brownie

Ingredients

Salted butter 450g
Caster sugar 1800g
Dark chocolate 560g
Cocoa powder 220g
Plain flour 450g
Free range medium egg 20
Cadbury flake pieces 100g

Method

  1. Melt the sugar and butter together, then add the flour, eggs and cocoa powder gradually a bit by bit
  2. Melt the chocolate and mix in with the sugar
  3. Pour into a deep tray and sprinkle over the flake bits and bake on 170 degrees for 30-40 mins
