Farmstead fresh beef burger | 112g |
Premium Selection pulled beef chilli | 100g |
Franks red hot chilli 'n' lime sauce | 2g |
Cos lettuce | 10g |
Beef tomato | 25g (1 slice) |
Red onion | 15g |
Method
- Toast the bun.
- Chargrill the burger until core temperature reaches 72oC.
- Heat the beef in the pouch until core temperature reaches 72oC.
- Build the burger - bun base, cos lettuce, burger, chilli beef, tomato, hot sauce, red onion, toasted burger top.
