Method
- Cut the chicken fillet in coarse pieces and grind in the food processor or cut it with a sharp knife
- Put the minced chicken in a mixing bowl, break the egg above and add the shallot. Finally add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper and add a little breadcrumb
- Knead all the ingredients with the minced meat and continue to add breadcrumbs until you can turn a sturdy ball
- Divide the meat into four portions and turn them into a hamburger of about one to two centimeters thick. Cover them with cling film and set them aside in the fridge for 30’
- Heat a frying pan or skillet over low heat and melt a knob of butter. Fry the chicken burgers on both sides by turning them regularly and let them cook for about 15 to 20 minutes on low heat
- Cut the buns in two and grill them for about two minutes in a hot oven or dry frying pan for some crunchiness
- Cut the cucumber and tomato into slices as thin as possible and keep separate for so
- Spread both halves of the bun thinly with mayonnaise. Cover the bottom of the bun with some lettuce and put the cooked chicken burger on it. Cover the chicken burger with some slices of cucumber and tomato and a dash of tomato ketchup. Put the top on and your chicken burger is ready!
