Ingredients
Everyday Favourites penne pasta | 160g |
Cheddar cheese sauce | 115g |
Pre-cooked roasted chicken breast fillets | 60g |
Smoked streaky bacon | 15g |
Sun dried tomatoes in oil | 15g |
Everyday Favourites green pesto | 30g |
Vegetarian hard cheese, grated | 3g |
Method
- Cook off the penne according to the cooking instructions on pack
- Add the cheese sauce to your pan or bowl (depending on cooking method) and heat
- Mix together the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce
- Add the chicken, bacon and sun dried tomatoes to the bowl or pan and heat through
- Get the pesto and fold through
- Grate some Parmesan to finish and serve
- As an optional extra toast 8g of pine nuts and scatter on top
