Ingredients
Everyday Favourites sauté potatoes | 1.2kg |
Macphie cheddar cheese sauce | 500ml |
Cooked baby leaf spinach - cooked | 80g |
Everyday Favourites sliced mushrooms | 140g |
British free range scrambled egg bites – cheese | 60 |
Stokes tomato chutney | 200g |
Everyday Favourites grated mozzarella & mild cheddar mix | 120g |
Fresh parsley | 10g |
Method
- Cook the potatoes as per instructions and set to one side.
- Mix in the cheese sauce, spinach, drained sliced mushrooms and place into you chosen container.
- Top with egg bites, tomato chutney and grated cheese and finish in the oven or microwave.
- Top with chopped parsley to finish.
