Ingredients
Medium cauliflower, cut into florets | 1 |
Double cream | 240ml |
Everyday Favourites grated Cheddar cheese | 150g |
Everyday Favourites salt | ¼ tsp |
Everyday Favourites black pepper | ½ tsp |
Method

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Bring a pan of water to a boil. Place the cauliflower florets in a steam basket over the boiling water and cover with a lid.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer and cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes until tender but not soggy. Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of cream into a baking dish. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Everyday Favourites grated Cheddar cheese over the cream.
- Add half of the cauliflower to the baking dish. Pour half of the remaining cream over the cauliflower. Sprinkle a quarter of the remaining Everyday Favourites grated Cheddar cheese on top. Season with half of the salt and half of the black pepper.
- Add the remaining cauliflower on top. Pour the remaining cream over the cauliflower. Sprinkle the rest of the Everyday Favourites grated Cheddar cheese over the top. Season with the remaining salt and black pepper.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove the dish from the oven and serve as a main or a side dish.
