Ingredients
Pork shoulder, trimmed of fat | 6 kg |
Schwartz Montreal Steak Seasoning | 4 tbs |
Red cabbage, shredded | 1 |
Carrots, shredded | 4 |
Greek yogurt | 200ml |
Old Bay seasoning | 1 tbs |
Cattlemen’s Kansas City BBQ sauce | 500ml |
Brioche slider rolls | 30 |

- Rub the pork shoulder all over with Montreal Steak seasoning, cover and cook low n slow for 4-5 hours at 135°C, until it falls apart.
- Combine the cabbage, carrots, yogurt and Old Bay to make the slaw
- Allow pork to rest then shred and cover with Cattlemens BBQ sauce. Serve in brioche slider rolls with the slaw.
